Full Time Family Intervention Service Coordinator/ Team Leader in Community, Sport & Leisure Jobs

The St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland is seeking a professional Service Coordinator to provide high quality support to children, young people and their families in the Maryborough and Bundaberg regions.

To be successful, applicants will meet the following criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or  Behavioural Science.
• Full Registration or membership with appropriate professional board is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5years post-graduate experience in similar programs will be well regarded.
• Experience in the provision of expertise and support to other services and locations as well as with at-risk children, young people and families, who are subject to child protection statutory interventions.
• Experience in or knowledge of Intensive Family Preservation and Intensive Family Reunification models of practice.
• Non-judgmental attitude.
• Experience in working within boundaries and well-developed task management skills.
• High degree of motivation, initiative and creativity.
• Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card).
• Current valid Queensland drivers licence
